FAQ for OPTIMIZE
Why is this only for businesses making under $150k/year?
If your business income is over $150k/year AND you are planning to grow it, I would recommend investing in a professional accounting software and/or hiring a bookkeeper/accountant (like LUXOM) to handle this function in your business.
OPTIMIZE is really for you if you already know you're not looking to invest in hiring someone for awhile and are ready to buckle down & DIY that shit.
Is this only for online businesses in the US?
OPTIMIZE is catered towards online, service based businesses in the US since that is the bulk of my experience in the accounting/consulting field.
Product based businesses often require much more intricate bookkeeping, inventory, and cost of goods. For those purposes, OPTIMIZE would not be ideal.
Does this replace QuickBooks or Xero?
In a sense, this is an alternative to traditional accounting software. I created a google sheet that will provide you a simple system to track your business income & expenses. QB & other software is going to require more professional bookkeeping skills to do it properly, whereas OPTIMIZE is pretty much fail proof if you've used a computer and can follow along with my walkthrough videos.
